Policies and Procedures

Order & Pickup Policy

To ensure every order is prepared fresh and with care, all orders must be placed at least 72 hours prior to your desired pickup date.

Please note: We are closed on Sundays

Orders placed after business hours may be processed the following business day


Pickup times are scheduled during designated pickup windows only If you need a rush order, feel free to message us — we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability, but rush availability is not guaranteed.



Refund Policy Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can do our best to make it right. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns.



Payment Policy Payment is required prior to pickup unless otherwise discussed. We currently accept:

Apple Pay

Venmo

Cash App

Zelle

Card Payments (at markets & events)

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.



Cottage Food Notice Front Porch Flour Co. products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the North Carolina Department of Health.



Custom Order Policy Custom orders require advance notice and are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit may be required for larger or specialty orders. Design requests, flavor selections, and pickup details should be finalized before baking begins. Because all items are handmade and prepared fresh, changes to custom orders may not be possible once production has started.



Allergy Disclaimer Please be aware that all products are prepared in a home kitchen that may process:

peanuts

tree nuts

soy


While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any product is completely allergen-free. Customers with severe allergies should use discretion when ordering.
